Engineered to move, condition, and prepare gas for downstream use.
Reliable gas processing is critical to the performance of any landfill gas or biogas operation. From moisture removal to gas compression, properly designed processing systems help protect equipment, improve efficiency, and support long-term operational goals.
Parnel Biogas designs and builds gas processing systems that help operators move gas safely and efficiently through every stage of their operation. Whether you're preparing gas for energy recovery, renewable natural gas production, or waste gas destruction, our team delivers solutions engineered around your specific requirements.
Engineered for Real-World Operations

Custom-Designed Systems
Every site operates differently. Our engineering team designs gas processing systems tailored to your gas composition, flow rates, operating conditions, and performance objectives.

Integrated Skid Solutions
Blower skids, landfill gas processing skids, and chiller skids can be designed as complete, unitized systems to simplify installation and reduce field labor.

Experience You Can Count On
Backed by decades of biogas industry experience, we understand the challenges operators face and deliver practical solutions that perform in the field.
The system shown is a 500 SCFM gas conditioning skid. The blower provides the vacuum needed to take gas straight from the dairy digester. It boosts the pressure required to push the gas to the upgrader 4 miles away. All while dehydrating the gas to below 40-degree dew point. When not processing or during periods of excess production, the gas is flared to ensure destruction and meet strict EPA standards. All equipment is mounted and wired on a central skid to minimize installation cost by the end user.

This system at a dairy farm in Idaho uses two separate PD blowers for redundancy. It takes approximately 1,200 SCFM of gas directly from a dairy lagoon. The gas is chilled, then reheated to effectively reduce the dewpoint to the necessary levels at the site. Next, it pushes the gas 12 miles away to a central gas header to be processed at an RNG facility. When not in service, it flares excess gas.
