This 2000 scfm, 9-foot by 45-foot enclosed flare (combustor) will replace the existing candlestick flare at the site in accordance with State and EPA guidelines. Installation and commissioning will take place later this year in Bend, Oregon.

After a successful first installation, an Oregon landfill site selected Parnel Biogas again for a second enclosed flare system integrated into the existing Parnel operating platform. The 2600 scfm system includes two centrifugal blowers, blanket refractory, two manual and two automatic dampers, achieving greater than 98.9% total non-methane hydrocarbon destruction efficiency.
